The best storytelling organisations are those that have invested in the skills of their in-house teams, particularly the people who have direct access to storytellers. Collectively, the Mile 91 team has more than 60 years’ experience in cause-related storytelling, at charities, social change organisations and with national broadcasters. We share our expertise and insight with you through our Storytelling Academy.
We run a range of workshops that help you to establish your approach to planning and collaboration, consider the principles of ethical storytelling and understand your obligations around consent. Our practical training courses help communications and fundraising teams and frontline staff, volunteers and programme partners develop the skills to identify and capture spine-tingling stories.
The modules below can be delivered as standalone sessions or combined to create longer bespoke storytelling masterclasses. In-house courses can be delivered online or in the room. Our public courses take place online.
